D.R.C.A: Full Ride- 12x Sessions PM

D.R.C.A- Full Ride Includes the following items and structure.


Our community will meet 3x times a for 3x hours, our meet time will always be 3:15PM
  • Sunday (4PM-7PM)
  • Tuesday (4PM-7PM)
  • Thursday (4PM-7PM)




1x Mandatory Education Activity
2x Mandatory Activities
1x Selected Sport

  • Boxing
  • Basketball








The schedule for D.R.C.A- Full Ride is structured in the following way.



 
  • 3:15PM-3:45PM- (ARRIVAL & RECESS)
  • 4PM-4:45PM- (STUDY HALL)
  • 5PM-5:45PM- (SELECTED SPORT)
  • 5:45PM-6:20PM- (RECESS/REFRESHMENT BREAK)
  • 6:30PM-7PM- (MANDATORY ACTIVITIES)








****KEY NOTE**** ALL ACTIVITIES WILL BE ON A ROTATIONAL BASIS SO THAT THE CHILD EXPERIENCES ALL AREAS ACROSS THE WEEK.

Boxing 1-2-1 sessions 8x sessions 45 minutes in a package working on position, combination drills, punching technique, footwork, fitness and conditioning.

Training in your existing communities, surrounding communities, open space and parks is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy, make a small space in your home and call us to deliver the best in basic training that will help you stay active and ready for a more competitive environment.

Football 1-2-1 sessions 8x sessions 45 minutes in a package working on position specific drills and skills, passing, control, ball mastery and striking.
